Anti-wrinkle breakthrough!

Brought to you by Dr. Dougal, this cosmetic and medical device works by using the technology of 1072nm wavelengths of light. It is safe, pain free and an effective treatment for anti-age, anti-wrinkle issues as an alternative to botox. It is the only medical and cosmetic divice at this time to help protect against harmful UV rays.

Anti-ageing elixirs have been promised by alchemists throughout the ages. In modern times Alchemists have been replaced by pharmaceutical industry. Restorelite has discovered a completely new technology which has been proven to reverse the visible and invisible ravages of time.

Restorelite does not promise an instant cure for the ravages of time, such claims are science fiction. Restorelite does claim the ability to reverse the visible signs of ageing over several months as the medical evidence demonstrates. Restorelite utilises break through scientifically proven technology which has provided a visible measurable reversal of the effects of time on the human face.

Experimental Apparatus

The light box was used to ensure that all the photographs taken had the same illumination, all the participants looked at the same spot on the light box. This means that their eyes were all open the same amount between the photographs. By doing this we can categorically confirm that all the improvements in skin quality and reduction in the loose skin around the eyes is due to the age reversal effect of the Restorelite.

1. Holes for the Camera.

2. Fluorescent lights.

3. Chin rest

The volunteers placed their chin in the middle of the chin rest. The forehead was held in the vertical plane. The direction of gaze was to focus on the yellow dot located above and mid way between the 2 front camera holes. By adopting this position in all cases the photographs can be directly compared as the distance and illumination of the face is identical in every case.

1. Note the face is enclosed on 5 sides. The only illumination is from inside the box.

2. Eyes focus on this point in all photographs.

3. Fixed holes for the camera.

The distance from the camera on the sides is also fixed, thus the light box serves a dual role of maintaining a fixed distance from the face for all photographs taken and provides constant illumination of the face.

Doctor's Opinion

It is well known that ultraviolet light is the cause of photo-ageing. UV light is essential for the life giving photosynthesis common in all plants - the basis of all life on planet earth. We postulated that there must be a naturally occurring "antidote" to these harmful UV rays.

We examined the range of the visible and invisible light and found a very specific invisible light that conferred protection upon cells against the harmful effects of the damaging UV light.

Having found this invisible light protected the cells, we wondered if it would have any effect upon the ageing process itself.

We then designed a "light box" which would allow us to take repeat photographs under controlled conditions, which in turn would facilitate a direct comparison between photographs taken weeks or months apart.

Without exception all of our participants were completely skeptical about the end result, however after a month of treatment, we knew it had worked because our volunteers did not want to give the sample Restorelite back!

We then took photographs after a month and then 2-3 months after treatment and we were amazed to see a significant, measurable improvement in the elasticity of the skin, bags under the eyes were disappearing! This invisible light source could reverse the ageing process - the photographic evidence was compelling. We had discovered the naturally occurring antidote to the ever present but essential UV rays.

Each one of these pictures is a before and after photograph taken with the use of the special light box.

Compare the bags under the eyes. The lines and the bag under photo 1 (Before) is significantly worse than in photo 2 (After). Photo 2 was taken 2 months after daily usage of Restorelite.

Compare the loose skin of the upper lid. Photo 3 (Before) shows a marked excess of loose skin above the top lid. Photo 4, After 2 months of treatment with the Restorelite the loose skin fold has almost disappeared. Compare the lines beneath and to the side of the eyes. The lines in photo 4 are significantly shallower than the lines in pre-treatment photo 3.

Compare the depth of the lines under the eye. This volunteer has not had botox injections - she has been using the Restorelite and can still smile and laugh as normal!

In all cases the bright white lines that can be seen in the eyes is a reflection of the lights in the light box.

The differences are clinically measurable. Careful observation will show that the direction of gaze in all the photos is  identical.

Compare the loose skin above the upper eyelid. Photo 7 (Before) shows marked excess skin which has been "removed" by regular use of the Restorelite, as seen in photo 8 (After). Notice how the wrinkles in in Photo 8 (After) are not as prominent and the bag under the eye has shrunk.

Cosmetic surgery could not have achieved a better result!!

Before the launch of the Restorelite, the sagging skin above the top lid (Photo 9) would have only yielded to the cosmetic surgeon's knife. After just 1 month of daily treatments with the Restorelite the skin above the top lid (photo 10)has been measurably and visibly lifted. Notice the lines under the eye in photo 10 are beginning to fade - after just 1 month of treatment!

Wrinkle buster could hit the High Street

Wrinkle buster: see the before and after pictures

You have tried creams, lotions, potions, and maybe even injections.

But if those stubborn wrinkles refuse to melt away, don't dial a surgeon just yet.

Researchers say there could be another way to keep time at bay - without resorting to the scalpel.

They believe the answer is a ray of infra-red light.

It pulses from a device that looks similar to a computer mouse which is held over the area to be treated for a few minutes at least twice a day.

According to trials, this has a 90 per cent success rate in zapping facial wrinkles and bags.

If all goes to plan, it could be on sale in the High Street next year for £45.

However a skin specialist urged consumers to be careful before putting their faith in such a treatment, claiming more research was needed. The device, known as Restorelite, is said to produce dramatic results.

Researchers at the University of Sunderland came up with the idea by chance as they examined another product known as Virulite.

It used a narrow band of infra-red to treat cold sores twice as fast as creams.

They found that certain wavelengths of infra-red light kept white blood cells alive in adverse environmental conditions, speeding up the healing process.

Using similar techniques, they came up with Restorelite.

Industry standard trials should be completed in December.

Dr Gordon Dougal, who devised both the Virulite and Restorelite, said: 'Initial tests have been very positive.

'We took before and after photographs after a threemonth period.

'Around 90 per cent of those involved in the trial gave a positive response.

' Evidence so far shows if someone 55 years old uses the machine over two to three months it could take around five years off them.

'Despite some people saying otherwise, nothing can halt the ageing process.

'However, Restorelite does slow it down quite a lot.

'No product or technology currently on the market keeps white cells alive. Restorelite not only does this, but improves the immune cells.'

Users are advised to place the device over the area to be zapped for up to three minutes at a time at least twice a day.

It is not yet known how long the device must be used for. Those involved in the trials have not stopped using it since so

there is no research about what happens when treatment is halted.

Skin scientist Dr Peter Dykes, the clinical director of the skin testing firm Cutest, was sceptical.

'I think that this needs to be viewed with a degree of caution and more research is needed,' he said.

'Infra-red light can actually harm the skin depending on the level of wavelength used.

'The heat energy absorbed can change the molecules in the skin, so I would have concern about any anti-wrinkle device using infra-red.'

Jan Fulford, 47, from Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, is an enthusiast.

'I saw good results quite quickly,' she said.

'I had a noticeable bag under one eye which has almost gone.

'I am also losing some wrinkles that had appeared around my mouth. It has certainly done something for me.'

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know if the Restorelite is delivering the right amount of invisible light to my skin?
A: The Restorelite has an internal microprocessor which check the right amount of invisible light is being delivered, every time. The internal timer ensures the delivery time is correct every time as well.

Q: How long will it take for me to see a difference if I use the Restorelite correctly?
A: If you carry out your own evaluation as suggested in the "Does it Work" section, you will notice a beneficial effect within 3 weeks. This will continue to improve over the next 3 months.

Q: What happens if I stop using the Restorelite?
A: The process of ageing is occurring all the time, the beneficial effect of the Restorelite will be static for approximately a month, then your wrinkles and and sagging skin will gradually return.

Q: I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to most creams. Can I use the Restorelite?
A: Yes you can but as with any man-made product there is a small percentage of people that may have an allergy to the plastic.

Q: I have lines around my mouth, will the Restorelite work on these?
A: Yes it will but it may take several months to show any change as the skin around the mouth is firmly attached to the muscles of your lips as compared to the skin around your eyes.
